Lachezar Avramov is a Bulgarian film director and producer. He studied Film and Television Directing at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) in Sofia. His debut feature film, A Picture with Yuki (2019), gained critical acclaim and won multiple festival awards. He followed it with the dark comedy feature Yellow Oleander (2022) and has directed several documentary series and broadcast programs. Avramov is known for producing independent cinema and adapting modern literature for the screen, and he serves as Art Director for the DOCK festival.
